Agent Notch 2.2.5: clearer notifications

Questions appear in notifications, OpenCode v2 connects correctly, and Claude Code background tasks produce fewer false alerts.

Agent Notch 2.2.5 makes notifications more specific. When an agent asks a question, the notification shows the question itself. Approvals and plans have clear labels, and plans open for review in the panel. Notifications also fade out as the closed notch returns.

OpenCode v2 now loads the Agent Notch plugin correctly. Approvals and questions work through its native plugin APIs. OpenCode v1 remains supported.

This update fixes false attention alerts from Claude Code background tasks and subtasks. Real questions and approval requests still notify you.
