  • It counts the plan, not the app: any harness spending that key lands on the same meter.

Fixed

  • Nothing paints outside the panel: no line on the desktop, no corner ears, no seam across Paper's top.
  • The panel could end above its own content once the Go meter joined the strip.
  • Hovering the last row could still close the panel when idle agents were hidden.
  • A new OpenCode session took up to 10 seconds to appear.
  • An OpenCode row said only its folder. It gets a real name now.
  • The Go plan was missing from Plan Usage's login list, and blank for a minute after launch.

  • A rate-limited usage check no longer looks like being offline. The meter says it's waiting, and waits.
  • A session idle for a day drops out of the panel, even with idle agents set to stay.
