Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Piotr Jura (Agentic Developer), Poland(“we”, “us”) governing your download, purchase, and use of the AgentNotchapplication and this website (together, the “Service”). By installing or using AgentNotch, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your licence

AgentNotch is licensed, not sold. When you buy it, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use AgentNotch for your own use. You pay once; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Your licence includes every update we release during the 12 months after purchase. After that, the app and the versions you already have keep working; buying a new licence starts another year of updates.

A single licence covers activation on the number of Macs stated at purchase (one, unless a multi-seat licence is specified). You may move your licence between your own machines; deactivating one frees a seat for another.

3. Free trial

AgentNotch runs free for 14days with no card required. When the trial ends you'll need a licence to keep using it; buying activates the app in place, and your existing setup carries over. We may adjust trial length or availability for future releases.

4. What you may not do

• share, resell, sublicense, or publish your licence key or activation code;
• circumvent the licensing or seat limits, or use one licence across more machines than it covers;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
• use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Pricing, payment & taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the one confirmed at the time of your purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Depending on our configuration, Stripe (or Stripe's managed-payments service) may act as the merchant of record and is responsible for charging you and for collecting and remitting applicable taxes such as VAT. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

6. Refund policy

We want you to be happy with AgentNotch. The free 14-day trial lets you evaluate the app fully before paying. If you buy anyway and it isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. Once refunded, your licence is cancelled and the app returns to its unlicensed state. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

This refund guarantee sits on top of any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. It does not limit them.

7. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal right

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because we provide a free trial and deliver the licensed software as an immediate digital download, at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins. This does not affect the voluntary 14-day refund in Section 6, which we honour regardless.

8. Third-party agents

AgentNotch observes third-party tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex) that run locally on your Mac. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those tools, and you remain subject to their own terms and any subscriptions they require. AgentNotch does not provide those agents or their underlying AI models.

9. Updates & support

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, and updates may install automatically. We provide reasonable email support at [email protected] but do not guarantee a specific response time or that every issue can be resolved.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every state of every agent. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using AgentNotch and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms, for example by sharing your licence key or circumventing seat limits. On termination for breach, your licence ends and you must stop using the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes that affect a purchase you've already made won't apply retroactively to that purchase. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
