Agent Notch 2.1.2: clearer notifications

Agent icons and status labels are easier to read when the notch is closed. Notifications now appear below the camera, with clearer action labels.

We've adjusted the glass, shadows, and opening animation, and lined up usage bars with their labels. The notch also stays opaque during transitions.

This update fixes Hermes profile and approval issues, plus panel width at the Standard text size.
