Agent Notch 2.1.6: a calmer closed notch

The closed notch shows usage and finished agents with fewer, simpler marks.

The closed notch is calmer. Usage now shows as the provider icon over one bar, without the clock around it. The reset time is in the hover hint and in the open notch.

Finished agents show a check mark with one small dot for each agent. Agents that want you show the same mark, filled.

In the usage list, model limits such as Fable sit after the plan limits and carry their own tag. The Cursor API allowance has its own icon.

Hint text is larger at the standard text size, and hover hints are shorter. Long agent tasks no longer turn idle while a command runs.
