Agent Notch 2.1.8: less CPU, consistent reset times

Lower CPU usage while the notch is closed, and consistent reset times in usage icons and hover hints.

A white panel beneath a graphite notch, with two matching clocks and a thin activity line that settles low.

Agent Notch uses less CPU while the notch is closed. It does less repeated work when it checks whether your pointer is near the notch.

Reset times are consistent across usage icons and hover hints. Previously, the calendar icon could show two days while its hint said about one day. Both now round to the nearest day, and hour indicators use the same rounding too. The final hours still show minutes in the hover hint.
