Agent Notch 2.1.1: tidier groups, better colours

A few rough edges showed up after 2.1. This update fixes them.

ChatGPT and Claude Cowork sessions without a project now group under the app's name. Finished Sfora sessions keep their project name after the temporary worktree is removed.

Notification sounds also keep working if the folder containing the running app's resources disappears. That mostly affects people running local builds.

There's a small visual update too: colour swatches in Settings, a new Burgundy option, and clearer differences between dark colours.
